Concept, Design & Process
Lake Naomi is 76 acres with a community of approximately 1500 homes. The Lake Naomi Club House is for members of the community. The vision for the pavilion came out of a need the clubhouse had to have a walk-up food and drink facility for club members who were at the beach (rather than having to change into club attire to walk into the building). It was an opportunity for the club house to better meet the needs of its members and expand on its menu.
Marshall Sabatini designed an open-air pavilion, equipped with a grill and full-service bar. This project also freed up space within the clubhouse to be repurposed since the small indoor food center was now moved outside into the pavilion. By meeting its guests’ needs and providing an accessible food and drink pavilion, the club improved both its club member satisfaction and revenue stream.
