Homeowners approached Marshall Sabatini after an arsonist had burnt down their newly purchased dream mountain home. Even though the insurance company mandated that we use the previous home’s existing foundation, we were able to expand beyond those constraints by cantilevering the structure over the foundation. This approach provided the clients a more spacious and modern living area. We also customized the deck off the back to take advantage of the scenic mountain views.
