Marshall Sabatini had completed successful projects with this client in the past. The client approached us again when the opportunity arose to design new residences on vacant lots in a commercial district. Through meetings with the client, various community groups, and the city, Marshall Sabatini created a design that complimented the adjacent commercial buildings. Utilizing large windows and an exterior that combined metal, wood and masonry work, we created a building that blended with its surroundings, while achieving a contemporary flare.
