Dear John,
We are writing this letter to acknowledge the excellent work provided by your firm in helping us to design our garage/mudroom/laundry room addition to our home in Timber Trails. The detailed design had to be precise so that the structure would fit within the zoning codes and regulations required by the Township and by Lake Naomi/Timber Trails associations, while maintaining the architectural appeal and
function that we had envisioned.
Working with Marshall Sabatini has been a real pleasure as you were able to listen and articulate our needs for our renovation project, and turn those into a very detailed set of architectural drawings that will ultimately guide the construction process. Further, we wanted to capitalize on the mountain themes and views,
which we believe you accomplished through the addition of gable peaks on both entranceways, stone pillars, and cedar shake frontage.

As you know, we have worked with Rinehimer Construction for years on various home improvement projects, and Bert Rinehimer and his team have always done an outstanding job.
